Warner Bros. has shared another batch of Superman posters for DC Studios‘ highly anticipated superhero movie. This marks as the first installment of the DC Universe’s Chapter One: Gods and Monster saga.

The film is slated to make its debut in theaters on July 11, 2025. Even though the film won’t have a major box office competitor on the day of its theatrical release, it will still be debuting in the same month as other high-profile movies like Jurassic World Rebirth, I Know What You Did Last Summer, and Fantastic Four: The First Steps.

The new posters have now given the spotlight to the Daily Planet’s dedicated editorial staff, including David Corenswet as Superman/Clark Kent, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Skyler Gisondo, Wendell Pierce, Mikaela Hoover as Cat Grant, and Beck Bennett as Steve Lombard. The ensemble cast also includes Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, María Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teshmacher, Anthony Carrigan as Metarmorpho, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Edi Gathegi, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern, Pruitt Taylor Vince as Jonathan Kent, and Neva Howell as Martha Kent, along with Alan Tudyk, Michael Rooker, and Grace Chan.

“In his signature style, James Gunn takes on the original superhero in the newly imagined DC universe with a singular blend of epic action, humor and heart, delivering a Superman who’s driven by compassion and an inherent belief in the goodness of humankind,” reads the synopsis.

Superman is written and directed by James Gunn, based on the DC characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. The movie is executive produced by Nikolas Korda, Chantal Nong Vo, and Lars Winther. The creative team also includes director of photography Henry Braham and composer David Fleming, along with editors William Hoy and Craig Alpert.
