A new cast member has been added to Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is the upcoming DCU movie starring House of the Dragon’s Milly Alcock. Directed by Craig Gillespie, the movie will be released in United States theaters in 2026.
Alice Hewkin has joined the cast of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, according to Nexus Point News. Hewkin is known for playing Tanya in Netflix’s Sex Education and twin sisters June and May Song in The Brothers Son. She has starred in movies such as 2017’s The Mummy, 2023’s Rye Lane, and 2025’s The Amateur.
Hewkin will play a Sklarian Raider in the movie, meaning that the group of female space pirates will have a role to play in Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow. The Sklarian Raiders, who first appeared in 1977’s Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes, were created by Paul Levitz, James Sherman, and Bob Wiacek.
This is notable because the Sklarian Raiders are not in the Tom King and Bilquis Evely Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow miniseries that the movie is based on, meaning it’s unclear how large of a role they’ll play in the movie. The same can be said for Jason Momoa, as Lobo is not in the original DC Comics miniseries.
The cast of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow also includes Matthias Schoenaerts as Krem of the Yellow Hills, Eve Ridley as Ruthye Marye Knoll, David Krumholtz as Zor-El, and Emily Beecham as Alura In-Ze.
Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow will be released in United States theaters on June 26, 2026, from Warner Bros. Pictures as part of the DCU’s Chapter One: Gods and Monsters. Prior to that, James Gunn’s Superman arrives this coming July, while James Watkins’ Clayface movie then hits theaters in September 2026.
